I had the same problem, tick no when it asks if you are finishing or have finished in 2019; It means did you finish in 2019 or will you essentially; then go from there

Hi! I'm wondering which universities I can apply for to do undergraduate medicine if I will already have completed 1 year of tertiary study?

Just want to verify I have all the Unis I'm eligible for as a non-standard in my applications. I have a recently finished degree in Agricultural Science from Melbourne (completed 2018), an 89% percentile UCAT, and by the year's end will have 1 year FTE (GPA 7) in Health Sciences at La Trobe.
For Medicine, I'm applying for: JCU, JMP, WSU.
For Dentistry, I'm applying for: La Trobe, Griffith, Adelaide, CSU, UQ, JCU.
Is that everything?

Medicine: Curtin and Bond. Curtin because you have a completed degree, Bond if you are financially able.
ETA: I note that you have not included UNSW, I'm guessing that's due the the likelihood of your UCAT not quite being enough (and possibly your ATAR) and if so, yes, you are probably right about that.
Thanks LMG! A ~400k degree isn't something I could justify, though I think I will include it anyway as an interview would make for great life experience, and the practice might aid my other potential interviews. Plus, it's also a great excuse for a trip to the Gold Coast!
I ignored UNSW as I understand that with my UCAT and ATAR (94.3 in 2014) it's so far beyond my reach it's not even worth entertaining. WSU and UQ also appear to be a longshot, though looking at past data it seems there's at least a slim enough chance to justify their inclusion in my preferences.
Do you think it would be worthwhile considering New Zealand institutions as well?
Did you apply Griffith through UAC or QTAC, and is it called "Bachelor of Dental Health Science"?
Also, for University of Queensland is it called "Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours)"?

You can apply for Griffith dentistry through either UAC or QTAC. Those are the right courses for Griffith and UQ.
Uq dent isn't as much of a long shot as you think, your 89th is equivalent to 90th ucat, which is still higher than a majority of the cut offs from the previous years, also there is typically late round offers as well for people who get an offer and reject leaving open spaces which could quite possibly give offers to people in the mid 80s
Given I had both a UAC and QTAC application, I decided to just include it in both of my applications lol. Hopefully that won't cause any problems.
Yeah, past data would suggest I have a bit of a chance, though I will likely be on the back-foot a bit for competitiveness. I just don't intend to hang my hopes on it, and am setting realistic expectations for myself to avoid disappointment.
You won't get to do a Bond interview prior to your other interviews as applications don't even open until March for a May start (so you also won't find it available on QTAC just yet).
Re. applying for Griffith on both QTAC and UAC, I have vague memories of someone mentioning that this can be a problem previously, not for you as an applicant but for the smooth offering of places? It's unnecessary to include it on both, but A1 or Crow may know more.
I personally wouldn't be applying to NZ unis, but that's up to you.
It won’t affect the applicants but I believe Griffith has told applicants just to do one or the other. Essentially they’ll just end up with a bunch of double ups to sort through if applicants apply through both.
It was ~5.9 last year to gain a psychometric testing invite.
Hi, has anyone previously (i.e. 2018 or before) applied to UNSW whilst being in a degree at university where at the end of December, they have been enrolled in a semester/trimester/any subject, with the results of those courses not being available to UNSW/UAC at the time when ATARs are released.
In my case, I've been told that I won't be considered for a first-round interview offer (I'm from NSW and I've received an ATAR after doing HSC), because UAC will only send results to UNSW when they receives results for my semester 2 of uni (i.e. they will not send off just my ATAR alone or my ATAR/sem 1 GPA alone). This later results release date hasn't been the case at my particular uni in past years, but this year the dates have been pushed back such that results come out after December 17.

Also, I have checked the dates at some unis, and I know that USYD and I think also UNSW officially releases Semester 2 marks after 17th December. In that case, would it mean that every non-standard who would be enrolled in subjects at either of these two unis would not be able to get a first round UNSW interview (unless the unis actually send uni marks a few days earlier to UAC)?
I'm in the exact same boat as you - I was wondering whether we are only considered for second round offers (i.e. with the interstates, and other applicants), or will they use our results from the first semester (0.75FTE) for the first-round interview but for the offer in Jan they'll take into consideration our entire 1 year marks?
It wasn’t a case of a single person, it happened to whole swathes of tertiary applicants, myself included (despite having a completed degree, UNSW still said they would be waiting until second sem results were released before doing interview offers to non-standards). And yes, I did end up with an interview invite (didn’t attend as I had three offers elsewhere by that stage).
ETA: found my original email, this was the terminology:
“We did not have sufficient information with regards to your academic result: no result prediction was provided or we were unable to calculate your academic result (this is often the case for non-HSC applicants or applicants with tertiary education).”
It then said locals who end up meeting GPA criteria would be interviewed on the 3rd/4th of Jan, and interstates (me) on 23rd.
