Is this Offer from those few week ago conditional offers that came out or is this a new offer that out again recently ??

I'm sorry if someone has already asked this before - but when do UTAS offers come out for interstate year 12 leavers?
Thanks!

I believe I've seen people say January, but I have no idea how accurate that may be. The official party line from UTas is that offers release progressively from the end of November until February. Rural interstate Yr 12s have already received provisional offers as reported in this thread.

Hey guys, just saw this written on the UTAS application page, which may indicate when offers are likely to be released.

"Please be advised that Changes of Preference are not permitted between 7am on Friday 16 December until 10am Tuesday 20 December to allow for major offer rounds to be processed."

Ok so offers are coming out Tuesday 20 December right? Right?! o_O

Hermergherd!!! This is gonna be like UMAT where I whinged and whinged about waiting, and then results came out and I didn't look for close to two hours!!

If it's indeed 20th, then it fits into my prediction interval...! Is it just a coincidence?

Hey guys I just got an offer!

Offer: yes
GPA: 6.7
UMAT: 99% 65 77 64
Non-standard
Interstate
Non-rural

Best of luck to everyone!
Amazing!! Congrats!! What a way to end a Saturday!

Haha now for my hopeless desperation:
Did you get an email? What time did it come through?
You and I have virtually the same results though your UMAT sections are more uniform (similar over all three sections) than mine (61/81/64). Did you attach a CV to your application by any chance?

Congratulations again future-Dr!!

Haha, I was also wondering all of these things! Even though I'm not expecting a first round offer, it's so exciting that there has been some movement at the station finally!!

I did get an email that said:
"Congratulations, you have received an offer to study at the University of Tasmania. Your Letter of Offer is available to view through apply2017.utas.edu.au/, please log in to view and accept your offer."

I got the email sometime around 4pm today, although I only just saw it and haven't had reception all day.

I did attach a CV, but it was just the normal document I use when looking for part-time work.

I'm sure you'll get an offer soon littlebitsofgood, considering your S2 mark is better than mine! You too LMG and others!

I 100% do not wish this to happen to you but just in case. Last year I got the same email which turned out to be an alternate offer for BMedRes not Med.
Hope you have logged in to verify it is Med, and if so... Congrats.
