You should get a first round Monash interview as a local with MG (Monash are changing things up a little this year, so it's hard to predict when interview invites will go to which applicants)

JCU, depends on your written application
JMP, interview
JPM, interview
UNSW, will definitely depend on how your high school score converts. I think your best bet is to contact UAC and ask for a conversion (I think there is a fee it you want to access it, they will otherwise do it included in the application cost if you're happy with getting a surprise come interview invite time!).

Monash: pretty unlikely. Your UCAT score would be sufficient but your ATAR is unfortunately far too low. My estimate for the median ATAR invited for an interstate Monash interview last year is 99.85-99.90, so that's at least a 44/45 IB (converting to 99.75).
UAdel: you'll get an interview no doubt, but I don't know if it's even possible for you to get an offer in the end with your ATAR. I've only heard of one person who made it in with a 97+ ATAR, and a few with a 98 ATAR. 95.45 would require a 1 in a million interview quite literally. Give it your best though, you never know what could happen.

JPM is the Joint Program in Medicine between WSU and CSU. CSU is a University that offers Dent and now a medical program shared with WSU.

Unfortunately your ATAR would be too low for UNSW (they combine them for non standard entry), and your VR score brings down your WSU score so its unlikely you will get an interview there. Otherwise CSU and JMP looks pretty likely

Yes your ATAR will remain the same from state to state.
JMP and JPM weigh it the most, you will get interviews for both of these. UNSW and UAdel, the least.
You'll also get interviews at UQ, UNSW (if your ATAR is above, say 99.30), UAdel, Curtin, UWA, and Bond

Likely out of the range of Griffith/USC, Interstate Monash, and Flinders. But otherwise you should be in the clear for UQ, JMP, Adelaide, WSU, UNSW, Adelaide, and Curtin.

Your ATAR will be the same interstate, and the Universities that weight interview the least of those will be either Adelaide or UNSW

It's hard to say for UQ as this is the first year, but I'd think probably not unfortunately. More likely for UWA.
