In the actual exam, if one finishes one section with time to spare, is it ok to move on to the next section before allocated time is over?

I asked this question a couple of pages back. And the answer is no. Stink, but yeah :\

No. You have a set time for each section which is rigidly enforced.

You cannot begin the next section until instructed to.
Once a section is finished, you cannot go back to it.

Altho, you can still color in the little circles on the answer sheet. So if you were cut short on the last section, you can still fill in the answers you missed, but you'll have to do it blindly/guessing since you can't go back to that part of the test.

Pretty much this. Did you guys check the UMAT website? I am pretty sure ACER has answered this question in its faqs, if you need some official confirmation.

wow, this thread is really picking up speeed. is it normal for ACER to not have e-mailed the location of the exam with 15 days to go?

Yes. You will receive your email by the end of this week (most likely tommorow). If not, then I'd start to get worried and contact ACER.

His total number of runs is 40 * 5 = 200. One of these scores is 24, so in the other four he scored 200 - 24 = 176 (over four games). 176/4 is 44, but all the scores were different - so the best possible second lowest score is when the other four scores are (for example) 42, 43, 45 and 46 (the higher scores could also be 44 and 47 instead of 45 and 46.) Simple.

Can u sit UMAT for me ;D

Wait, why cant the highest scores be as high as say 90? Why do they have to be consecutive numbers, like the second highest score could be 24.
