UTAS UTAS Medicine: Entry Information and Discussion

this year they did not give any rural interstate student conditional offers ? I thought it was only handful
I'm not sure what you are saying - are you saying they didn't give any or are you saying it was only a handful? A handful is still making offers.
There are not many early interstate conditional offers in November but they do exist. See the offers thread(s).

ETA: I'm referring to rural interstate conditional offers in November.

Yes, there were only two people who opted to post their offers on MSO. That doesn't mean there were only two offers from UTas and it doesn't mean there were no offers in November.

Apologies if this isn't the right thread, but what are my chances of landing a UTAS med offer with an ATAR of 98.15 (2019) and 2990 UCAT via RAP?
Also since I'm from rural Victoria, should I have received a conditional offer or is that something only a handful received?

I read on the application that they're only sending offers to Tasmanian year 12 applicants so I'm assuming interstate offers will be sent sometime in Jan

I don’t know how to get the login details to do so
Ok. I received them in an email two days after the conditional offer letter (on the 9th Nov). It was a short summary table with a UTas user name and student number/password on it. Thought you might have had the same email after your conditional offer in Nov. Might be worth checking emails from around that time.

I’m assuming your conditional offer was med?
I checked and the only email I received after accepting was a confirmation that I was accepting the MBBS, it only had my student ID number. No info about a username or password

Yes, it is med (MBBS). I received that same email you refer to (confirmation of conditional acceptance) then shortly after that another one arrived with the login details.

if you dont mind what was your ATAR and UCAT scores

I just received an offer from Tasmania that was my second preference (not medicine). Does that mean I didn’t get an offer for med?

The 2 x UTas Conditional offers to rural QLDs became unconditional offers yesterday after OPs were released. Both OP4s with UCAT 57%ile and 62%ile. I'm sure those with much better results also got offers.
Can you encourage them to post it on the med offers thread here?
(And congratulations to them)
