Keep in mind that while the interview is apparently 25%, a good deal of the applicants have pretty high GPAs so the 60/25/15 is kinda misleading
Because everyone has similar GPA, the interview is worth much more than the 25% implies.
I think the pulmonary artery b.p. is 15mmHg at rest, but don't quote me on that.
I've started writing the MH03 but it's sounding really really cheesy at the moment
To any med students out there, how should one approach these types of questions without coming off cliche or the other extreme; totally cold and heartless?
but remember they don't want to hear you were captain of your primary school netball team... !
Does anyone know if we have to know all the functions of the anterior pituitary hormones itself?

I think most/all people realise that as a doctor you'll have a pretty comfortable salary. I'm sure the interviewers know this and assume that it's one of the factors you've considered before applying for medical school. Personally I'd leave it out.is it taboo to ever mention salary as a factor to why I want to become a doctor ??
not the main factor but like a contributing... or is it just easier to stay away from that area all together?
thank you all for your input! hope exams are going well for everyone

If I wanted money I wouldn't be in medicine. Being a doctor pays a good salary but if i actually wanted to be rich i'd be in the finance sector like my dad
