Thought I'd write this up and post this ASAP, since I know UCAT season's creeping up soon and I personally found previous copies helpful for myself in previous years. Hopefully it's not too late to be useful!

Housekeeping:
Disclaimer: Not a professional in admissions. Please take onboard what you read at your own discretion and with a grain of salt.
In the context of this data:
Local means you graduated from highschool in the same state as the university you are applying to (i.e. graduated from SA highschool, going to University of Adelaide).
Interstate means you graduated from a highschool in a different state from the university you are applying to (i.e. graduated from SA highschool, going to James Cook University).
International means you are one of the following
International domestic students are a pretty blurry category, but to my understanding, they are individuals who have Australian citizenship (hence domestic), but take their ATAR equivalent (i.e. SAT, A-Levels, NCEA) in a different country (hence international) and thus need to have that score converted into an ATAR. Definitely not confident with that explanation though, and if you have an inkling that this applies to you, you're best off contacting the relevant tertiary admissions centre (TAC i.e. QTAC, VTAC, UAC, SATAC, TISC etc.) to get verification on that. International domestic offer data is apart of this thread.
Although NZ students could be considered international, I thought they warranted their own category since at least some universities consider them local applicants (i.e. UNSW: Applying to Medicine | Medicine & Health - UNSW Sydney - please note the use of the word 'local' here is different from the use of 'local' in the following data; on the UNSW site, it is referring to any applicant who is not international. If there is any confusion about what 'local' means in this collated data, refer to the top of the Housekeeping section). The significance of knowing which one you are comes into play with some universities having a preference for highschool graduates from their own state, meaning possibly lower requirements. Not all universities do this though.
Not an extensive list, by no means verified from the universities themselves, and susceptible to change in the future, but based on personal anecdotes from other applicants, MSO community discussions and previous compiled data from previous years before the 2023 application cycle, the current universities that, to my knowledge, could potentially have a preference when offering interviews are:
- Charles Darwin University: 12 places, specifies the sub-quotas: NT Residents (5 places), NT Indigenous (5 places), National Indigenous (2 places)
- CSU: potentially favours NSW rural applicants with an 80% quota (even over interstate rural applicants)
- Curtin: potentially favours WA applicants
- JCU: potentially favours rural applicants; have heard applicants with higher rurality ratings (i.e. RA5) are preferred over applicants with lower rurality ratings (i.e. RA2)
- La Trobe: potentially favour rural and VIC applicants but also highly unsure
- Monash: potentially favours VIC applicants
- UAdel: potentially favours SA applicants
- UTAS: potentially favours TAS applicants
- UWA: potentially favours WA applicants
- WSU: potentially favours Greater Western Sydney (GWS) applicants (subset of NSW applicants) and potentially favours high-scoring VR applicants (potentially a higher requirement for non-GWS applicants)
The majority of Australian medical schools have rural quotas, and at least some have Indigenous quotas. I’m not too well acquainted with Australian dental schools, so I won’t comment on those.
I've included some sources of discussions to show that this wasn't entirely speculation on my behalf. Just looking out for the people I've referenced here, I am sure that the speculations that they are making are based around the data that they've been managing on this forum for a few years now or from their personal university experience, but that does not mean they are necessarily correct. Note that some of these posts are older.

If anyone could substantiate or check over those, that would be really helpful and greatly appreciated.
To clarify, this is a compiled list of place offers, meaning that applicants not only met the university's requirements for an interview invite/offer, but then managed to get offered a place in their medical program after sitting said interview. Interview invites/offers are the step before, and the 2023 data for that can be found here: 2023 Entry Interview Invites DATA COLLECTION.
* Note: Joint Medical Program (JMP) includes University of Newcastle (UoN) and University of New England (UNE). Joint Program in Medicine (JPM) includes Western Sydney University (WSU) and Charles Sturt University (CSU).

Important Notes:
I truly hope you find the collated data as useful as I did in the previous years.
I wholeheartedly recommend that you do not look at the data here for a minimum to aim for, as interviews (for universities that do those) aren't accounted for here and the weighting for those can vary from 25% with WSU to 100% with JMP (once having been selected for an interview on the basis of UCAT). The collated data here is just a sample, and it is by no means an extensive list. Additionally, with percentiles increasing each year, it may not be necessarily representative of the requirements for 2024 entry and following years, so feel free to use the data as a guide but please don't take this as the gospel - doing so could be quite counterproductive to your own preparation.
I'd say it’s important to perform the best you can in all the criteria - ATAR/ATAR equivalent, UCAT, and MMI/Panel Interviews - to maximise your chances and know that you gave it your best shot! The process can be daunting, but it is possible. Stick with it when times get tough, keep identifying and revising your mistakes, and give it your best go. In the context of this data:
Local means you graduated from highschool in the same state as the university you are applying to (i.e. graduated from SA highschool, going to University of Adelaide).
Interstate means you graduated from a highschool in a different state from the university you are applying to (i.e. graduated from SA highschool, going to James Cook University).
International means you are one of the following
- a temporary resident (visa status) of Australia,
- a permanent resident (visa status) of New Zealand, or
- a resident or citizen of any other country.
International domestic students are a pretty blurry category, but to my understanding, they are individuals who have Australian citizenship (hence domestic), but take their ATAR equivalent (i.e. SAT, A-Levels, NCEA) in a different country (hence international) and thus need to have that score converted into an ATAR. Definitely not confident with that explanation though, and if you have an inkling that this applies to you, you're best off contacting the relevant tertiary admissions centre (TAC i.e. QTAC, VTAC, UAC, SATAC, TISC etc.) to get verification on that. International domestic offer data is apart of this thread.
Although NZ students could be considered international, I thought they warranted their own category since at least some universities consider them local applicants (i.e. UNSW: Applying to Medicine | Medicine & Health - UNSW Sydney - please note the use of the word 'local' here is different from the use of 'local' in the following data; on the UNSW site, it is referring to any applicant who is not international. If there is any confusion about what 'local' means in this collated data, refer to the top of the Housekeeping section). The NZ medical school subforums and the associated 2023 entry data can be found here: Auckland (University of Auckland), Otago (University of Otago).
The significance of knowing which one you are comes into play with some universities having a preference for highschool graduates from their own state, meaning possibly lower requirements. Not all universities do this though.
Not an extensive list, by no means verified from the universities themselves, and susceptible to change in the future, but based on personal anecdotes from other applicants, MSO community discussions and previous compiled data from previous years before the 2023 application cycle, the current universities that, to my knowledge, could potentially have a preference when offering interviews are:
- Charles Darwin University: 12 places, specifies the sub-quotas: NT Residents (5 places), NT Indigenous (5 places), National Indigenous (2 places)
- CSU: potentially favours NSW rural applicants with an 80% quota (even over interstate rural applicants)
- Curtin: potentially favours WA applicants
- JCU: potentially favours rural applicants; have heard applicants with higher rurality ratings (i.e. RA5) are preferred over applicants with lower rurality ratings (i.e. RA2)
- La Trobe: potentially favour rural and VIC applicants but also highly unsure
- Monash: potentially favours VIC applicants
- UAdel: potentially favours SA applicants
- UTAS: potentially favours TAS applicants
- UWA: potentially favours WA applicants
- WSU: potentially favours Greater Western Sydney (GWS) applicants (subset of NSW applicants) and potentially favours high-scoring VR applicants (potentially a higher requirement for non-GWS applicants)
The majority of Australian medical schools have rural quotas, and at least some have Indigenous quotas. I’m not too well acquainted with Australian dental schools, so I won’t comment on those.

Just looking out for the people I've referenced here, I am sure that the speculations that they are making are based around the data that they've been managing on this forum for a few years now or from their personal university experience, but that does not mean they are necessarily correct. I truly hope you find the collated data as useful as I did in the previous years.
I wholeheartedly recommend that you do not look at the data here for a minimum to aim for, as interviews (for universities that do those) aren't accounted for here and the weighting for those can vary from 25% with WSU to 100% with JMP (once having been selected for an interview on the basis of UCAT). The collated data here is just a sample, and it is by no means an extensive list. Additionally, with percentiles increasing each year, it may not be necessarily representative of the requirements for 2024 entry and following years, so feel free to use the data as a guide but please don't take this as the gospel - doing so could be quite counterproductive to your own preparation.
I'd say it’s important to perform the best you can in all the criteria - ATAR/ATAR equivalent, UCAT, and MMI/Panel Interviews - to maximise your chances and know that you gave it your best shot! The process can be daunting, but it is possible. Stick with it when times get tough, keep identifying and revising your mistakes, and give it your best go. I got my Australian PR some 2 years back and I am considered domestic. I took my ATAR equivalent in China, an international secondary school qualification, and it got converted into an ATAR respectively by different Tertiary admissions centers.
On point explanation, thanks for this; Would like to say international domestics are treated equivalent to interstates (interstate cutoff, interstate interview rounds, interstate offer rounds.)

Sorry I have deleted my previous answer as I misread you as domestic-Year12 international.
If you are a domestic who did Year12 overseas then no, your admission scores are NOT lower than for interstate/local domestic.

Also, the member who posted the summary defined international domestic as being "individuals who have Australian citizenship (hence domestic), but take their ATAR equivalent (i.e. SAT, A-Levels, NCEA) in a different country (hence international) and thus need to have that score converted into an ATAR."

I can't help much with the Dent schools.
If you get 99.95 you should get a place offer from Griffith Gold Coast/Nathan provisional med, no UCAT no interview needed.
