JMP JMP: Interview Invites General Discussion

The thing with interviews is you never really know how well you did until you find out if you've received an offer, unfortunately this means a long nervous wait for the results.
Yeah I know..just felt like it went really really bad...but as you say we never know..and the long wait will be filled with nerves.lol.

I’m sure it didn’t go as badly as you think. Try not to think about the interview and don’t be too self-critical! If you have time off from school or uni between then and now, enjoy that time and don’t stress about what’s already done. If you haven’t already, get a few back up plans in place for next year. Best of luck!!!

Lol. I've had a career for 23 years and for the last couple been studying nursing while working full time. Will keep applying each year for medicine and look at each attempt as experience to build on. Best of luck to you too.

Presumptive of me to assume you would be in uni or school, my bad!

I was wondering if we are given the questions and then allowed some time to jot down notes before answering, and if the questions are on the screen somewhere or simply repeated when asked for.

I would say no to writing stuff down as that could be construed as saving that information to be posted elsewhere later and potentially violating the NDA.

How long is expected to answer a question?
I think however long you feel is appropriate to address the prompt, I don’t believe the interviewers have any set expectations on how long or short your answers need to be. Just be wary that there are multiple questions per section and you may be cut off!

I just had a question about the cutting off. If this can't be answered cause of the NDA then I understand, but do they only cut you off to move to the next "station" or will they cut you off to ensure each question in a station is answered? Hope that makes sense 😬

They will ensure you have an opportunity to answer all of the questions 😊

When we enter the Zoom, I remember from the briefing they had a specific display name required. I think it was the UCAT ID and your name, but can’t remember the specifics...😥 Does anyone remember?
