Considering that last year UNSW set "hard" hurdles of 99.25 and 89th respectively, 99.35 and 91st *should* theoretically be able to sneak in. The only issue is how much you need to pop off in the interview to get a place offer. My friends with 99.60 + 93rd and 99.60 + 96th weren't able to get a UNSW offer at all (despite both ending up with Adelaide unbonded), so maybe sneaking over both cutoffs isn't exactly smooth sailing. LMG!'s experience with UNSW admissions in 2017, where yes, you get an interview, but your chances of getting an offer are in the single digit percentages.
